Just picked one up.. its a really solid bike. Very ride-able in PAS 1 with some effort. Not super ridable in PAS0 imo.. at least on the size L. I also added a redshift stem and kinect seatpost as the roads arent great in my area. Really high-quality bike for the price though, but a few issues...

Hi @Ofarrell and @BigNerd! Can I ask why the Soltera isnt best used for longer rides?

Could the Soltera feasibly be used as a fitness bike, riding off motor and pushing it past the 20mph limit? Also, is there a way to completely remove the 20mph limit if desired?

This was wonderfully laid out.. thank you! Looks like modifying the PAS is probably a good idea if possible too as Harry mentioned and still being mindful of keeping the brakes steady.. I think some bikes, if the pedal comes to a stop near the sensor, is ready to jump forward once it moves...

Has anyone who uses a cadence sensing bike, noticed an "issue" where if you have your foot on the pedal at a stop, the bike may lurch forward slightly? If so, any idea how to keep this from occuring?

Ok perfect; The Pathfinder Pros seem like the consensus with Stefans experience as well. They seem a bit heavy, but a lighter wheel should balance that presumably

Authorization to change the front chainring and rear gearing?

So I emailed FSA regarding the 2x11 chainring that's on the Neo 2 and this was their response: "That chainring, crank, and spider combination (Topstone Neo 2x11), is an OEM setup for Cannondale. Each part would need to be purchased independently (cranks, rings, spider) and will only function...

Hey all, so curious.. with the topstones, theres the Neo 2 which can hold 2 chainrings on a GRX800, with this being the case shouldnt all topstone Neos be able to run 2 chainings as well if retro-fitted?

As well as the Cannondale Topstone Neos but I'm not sure those exist anymore

Could the software have improved, or is it the same on each model? There doesn't seem to be any additional settings on the Giant RideDash EVO. And do you know if the other modes are more accurate in estimation?
