Agreed I'm in the same boat but just so your aware so is everyone with this controller now. Even if you have a cable nobody can access the programming app. It's broken and innotrace is AWOL it seems...

Any info on the better controls for the throttle you have heard of ?

I have been contacted by WW and explained what is happening on there end. Innotrace however is still radio silent. Hopefully they open the tool or someone can hack it open. Sad days of they have taken there money and ditched.

I agree but they would have better contact with innotrace then anyone else I'd think so they should be pushing for an update on the situation... This tarnishes WW aswell as innotrace as WW has sold many of these controllers with promises for cables and program access

I understand it's outside WW control to an extent but they are no longer answering messages on there website it's pretty ridiculous.

I agree this is a joke , innotrace is radio silent as to what is going on and WW is now not replying either as I think they have no fucking idea either... Horrible experience with this controller . The bike itself is sick but what's the fucking point in the upgraded controller if you can't do...

The X1 tool is completely broken now even people with passwords can't access it , and radio silence from Innotrace and WW said end of Feb now are radio silent

Still no X1 tool or info as to when it will be usable again.

The X1 programming Tool is still down after over a month can't get a reply from WW or innotrace about it.

500c cannot do that only dpc18 can. The X2 display also can't do that .

Watt wagon said you can unlock it from the 25km mode but it only has 5 pedal assist levels so I opted for a 500c display instead and like it !

I don't play anymore after being hit by a drunk in October . My lights are insane though I don't think any amount of lights would have helped that dipshit see
