It is more than doable to have two Smartphone Hub-equipped bikes in your stable. The Cobi.bike app supports one bike at a time through the app. It is no more than a one to two minute process to reset the hub and connect the phone to your second bike.

Mike, One thing I would try in the eBike Connect app is to click on your Kiox under "My eBike" and remove it from the app. Then, follow the simple bluetooth pair process again to see if this will remedy the lock function. Which model bike to you have?
