I can't wait to get my Superbike and put it through its paces! With enforced quarantine/social distancing, I wish the Superbike were here today. I'm happy to take a prototype so that I can go out and about for self preservation and testing. October can't come soon enough.

You did a thread asking for interest in a Bosch powered bike a while ago. Maybe that solves your issue of the high torque? Or Brose?

To answer your question: low maintenance and comfort on the road and/or trails. Not sure what else, but these two are huge.

I told @pushkar a few weeks ago that if he built a full suspension, mid-tail e-cargo bike they would come! I'll be the first buyer. Rohloff, Gates, Full Suspension, Carrying Capacity. Truly a Superbike!

To that point, I was shopping for a mid-tail cargo bike. @pushkar is customizing the rear rack on my Superbike to be able to accommodate my stepdaughter (90 lbs) or wife (>90 lbs--this is a public forum!) The value for money is unbelievable and the quality will be second to none.

Being new to the e-bike game, can you help me understand why one would want a throttle and how you use it in daily life? I've only tested bikes without throttles, so want to understand (especially since I'm leaning towards a WattWagon purchase).

My two cents (and I acknowledge that I'm in research phase and don't have an e-bike yet): A Bosch option is appealing. But so is Shimano and Brose. I honestly loved the feel of the Brose when testing the Specialized Como 5. I'm not a throttle guy. If I wanted a motorcycle, I'd buy one...
