Cadence sensor on Juggernaut Duo Mid

The cadence sensor on the BBS02 works great. You can tweak it further like this: https://electricbike-blog.com/2016/01/15/how-to-reprogram-your-bbs02bbshd-so-you-can-use-pedal-assist-on-singletrack-without-getting-killed/

Help with a new Ebike purchase

While this may be true for some online vendors, it is not true for established ebike companies like Biktrix (7+ years in business), Rad power bikes, Juiced etc. In fact, when an LBS has an issue with a motor that they sell you, many times they would refer you to the manufacturer for support...

Juggernaut Ultra 1000 vs Stunner Step-Over

It depends on the riding style you're after. The Stunner is a great cruiser - laid back riding position. It's not the best for offroad use. U1000 is a completely different beast. MTB style that's suitable for commutes as well as off road riding. Give us a call 866-biktrix (245 8749) ext 1 if...

Having to do With Court's New Review of the Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra FS

Yes, however, it may take a couple of weeks as we need to order 24" rims. If you email us, we can send you a quote. Shouldn't be a whole lot more for a custom wheelset.

Having to do With Court's New Review of the Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra FS

Yes, if you change the wheels, you'll likely need to get shorter cranks so the pedals have enough clearance from the ground. We have 150mm cranks for the Ultra motor on the way to us from Miranda.

Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra FS Rack and Fenders

The wheel upcharge is now gone as the wheels are in stock from Asia. The upcharge was present for wheels built in Canada. Labor here is not cheap :P

Having to do With Court's New Review of the Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra FS

That hinge point depends on the suspension design. With a solid rear triangle like what Frey has, you'll see that when you start moving from standstill, the rear end would push the suspension hence making the seat move upwards several mm. This is not desirable.

It's no where close to 8mm of movement side to side.

Having to do With Court's New Review of the Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra FS

It'll start if you add a 160Nm mid motor and put in a fat bike wheel (190/197mm hub).. Those two things is what makes it challenging.

Having to do With Court's New Review of the Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra FS

Court brought this up with me and on our phone conversation I confirmed the following with him: - if the bike is used the way it should be: using lower gears to get going and higher gears when at higher speeds, then there is almost NO flex/rear movement - if the rider is on the wrong gear...

    Ultra Eagle

Biktrix doesn't charge tax for US sales. Also the Eagle frame is built in California. So it depends on what you're after. You're also comparing wrong bikes. If you were just after battery and range with Ultra motor, check this out...

Juggernaut Duo - heard of it yet?

Great question. This has actually caused a lot of confusion. We will be clarifying this in the next couple of days on the campaign. The Duo and 750W Duo will be equipped with 48V batteries if they are bought with just 1 battery. They will be upgraded to 52V if they buy a range extender. If...
