George with Voltbike and I did talk today. He told me he will be sending me a new battery tomorrow. I sent the defective one back to him and they reimbursed me for shipping. All is well with Voltbike they do seem to stand behind their product.

Did you ever get your issues resolved?

Has anyone ever experienced a fully charged battery acting as if it's dead like no sign of life? When I press the button on the battery itself, the LEDs don't even display. I had just started riding when everything went dead. Even when I plug the battery in to charge it the charger doesn't act...
