I think that they're doing it this way so that folks who have bought the bike have first shot at the rack/fender/bag inventory coming in. The correct answer is 3 weeks. Bike shipped yesterday and is due tomorrow.

The latest is that the Cruiser is 'at sea', which is at least something. Based on the SoCal port backups, it could be 2 weeks, or it could be 6 weeks. It is anyone's guess. Maybe it's time to do a pool. Place your bets everyone! No prize... just bragging rights.

That 37.5" ground to seat top height looks pretty spot on for the standard gel seat and suspension post. I put my wife's seat on with a straight non-suspension post and it was 36", so no way that she could ever ride it. The spec picture that Sondors sent me shows minimum seat height of 33.2"...

The Hollywood rack is rated at 160lbs (80/bike). The Rambo rack is rated at 145lbs, so pulling off seat and battery could work there. Of course, both are for 2" hitch receivers.
