Could there be a way to list where we live?

I'm all in favor of that. Most social media sites give you the option to list your demographics or not. Even to have that information visible by hovering over the member's avatar would be an improvement. I'd like to see the member's primary ebike model and type of rider they are (recreation...

Looking to replace my Rad Rover suspension fork with a rigid fork.

Going for it? If so, let me know how it works out. Does it have bosses for a front fender?

Looking to replace my Rad Rover suspension fork with a rigid fork.

Do you know if there's an online guide to explain the presets on the fork or is it just left up to experimentation? All new to me.

Looking to replace my Rad Rover suspension fork with a rigid fork.

@Asher, your post got me thinking perhaps I should look at swapping out my suspension fork too since I only use my RadRover on paved streets. I contacted Salsa Cycles with a question about compatibility with my 2018 RadRover and got the following response: “None of our frames or forks are...

Looking to replace my Rad Rover suspension fork with a rigid fork.

I locked mine out since I only travel on paved roadways. The Supercell fat tires soak up the casual road imperfections really well even aired up at 18 psi (20 max).

    Tell Us About Your Commute.

My commute is 8.25 miles to work and 6.6 miles home. The route home is shorter because it offers a bike lane going in my direction. The opposite side towards work offers no safe buffer to ride and allow cars to pass making for a stressful ride, so I take the longer route that offers a mix of...

    New owner

The Voltbike Yukon 750 comes in a medium frame with a standover height of 29". You'd never know they offered a smaller frame because there is no frame size selection box on their website. When I asked George Krastev about this he told me that option would be displayed again once the medium...

    2018 Juggernaut Almost completed

Which Cloud 9 model did you get? Thinking of changing out the seat on my RadRover.

    Rearview Safety Options For Ebikes

I like the compact design. Checked out the link and it's the usual verbiage: Geez. It's like folks think we don't have mail service here in the Pacific. Sometimes I feel like Tom Hanks in "Cast Away" when I shop on Ebay. Oh well, probably a knock-off on Aliexpress or I'll ship it my brother and...

    Fat tire tread noise.

Good to know about the Chaoyang tires. Almost went with their Sandstorm model when I couldn't find the Supercell tires. Tread pattern looks identical. Got to wondering if Chaoyang was making the Supercell for Origin8 or just copying them.

    derailleur hanger replacement?

When the rear derailleur hanger on my RadRover get bent during shipping, my LBS was able to correct it without replacement. I'm guessing it really depends on how bad the impact if you'll actually need to replace it. Had the rear derailleur guard not been there to take the brunt of the hit, it...

    Fat tire tread noise.

No noise from my Origin8 Supercell street tires.

Need tire recommendation for used non-ebike

As expected, my daughter hasn't touched the bike so it's getting donated. No room for another bike in our small space, and right now my new RadRover takes precedent.

Anyone using the Origin8 Supercell fat tires

I put a set of the 30TPI wire bead Supercell on my 2018 RadRover before I even rode the bike for the first time. There's also a folding 120TPI version. Got caught in the rain during my first ride to work and they handled great. Super quiet too. The only supplier I could find was BicycleBuys.com...

Uphill throttle-only test of my new Yukon 750

When I test rode the Yukon 750 a few months ago, the owner lived off of a 12% grade. Now, there was no way the bike was going to carry my carcass up that grade throttle-only, but I was impressed on how well it did assist me as I pedalled. It was a great test because the last mile of my commute...

    Battery problems anyone?

Anyone use the Luna Cycle Advanced Charger with the adapter for their RadRover battery? I'm not having any issues, but if I decide to get a spare charger or upgrade this one I'm not sure I want another OEM charger with the plastic casing.

Why did you buy make and model?

Started researching my first ebike in October 2017 and didn't pull the trigger until July 2018 largely due to financial setbacks, but the delay made me better informed thanks to the EBR forums. The Voltbike Yukon 750 Limited was my primary choice until I started noticing an increase in customer...

    Anyone use a 2017 caboose on a 2018 Radwagon?

The Caboose will be in-stock and available to order at 9 a.m. PT on Thursday, July 26th. Just got an email from RPB about it.

    Voltbike Bravo

Looks like a discounted Yukon 750: 500W vs 750W Mechanical Disk Brakes vs Hydraulic 27.5 x 2.1" tires vs 26 x 4" 12.8Ah battery vs 16Ah $250 less than the Yukon and could be very popular for those that don't want fat tires. It's also in-stock! I'm 5'10 and 217# and wasn't impressed with the...
