were you able to find it? I tried to replace the faulty bottom bracket that I was sure it was the cause since it was moving but it didn't help, it's still working randomly with the same issue. Is it diffucult to replace the sensor?

Thanks, I ended up ordering the original NECO part cause it was the easier to find and to be delivered.

Moscow Plus motor life / maintenance

I think it really depends on what those 10000km mean. At level 1 or 6 or just amperes and we don't use the motor constantly on a ride?

NCM Moscow Bottom Bracket Bearing Failure

I was able finally remove the left cup, which by the way unscrews counterclockwise, however when I installed the new bottom bracket I bought SHIMANO UN-300 BSA Bottom Bracket Silver / Black 68 mm/122 mm I realised that the sensor doesn't it! This is how it should fit - all the way - on...

NCM Moscow Bottom Bracket Bearing Failure

Yes, that's exactly why I'm asking here. That video shows that the drive side unscrews counterclockwise, while I found another video of the Shimano UN300 with the opposite direction (same drive side).

NCM Moscow Bottom Bracket Bearing Failure

Before I break anything, I'm trying the remove the stock bottom bracket from the standard Moscow, which way do I have to turn the bracket with the removal tool on either side? I don't understand if it's completely stuck or I'm just turning it on the wrong side. I would like to at least know...

Known Issues & Problems with NCM Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

The fact that you say that it works "in sync" with the pedal revolution and that pressing the pedal makes it work better it proves 100% it's related to the PAS sensor. I suggest removing the crank lever and check if the PAS is not moving or maybe dirty. The issue is there :)

It's probably the PAS sensor on the left crank, how you checked if it moved?

Known Issues & Problems with NCM Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

I'm looking to replace the entire drivetrain. I'm confused about the front crankset. Currently I have the Shimano fc-m311 which has 3 fixed chainrings that are very worn-out. To replace this, is it mandatory to buy the exact same model or can I buy something else that maybe allows to replace the...

Hi, I don't have a throttle on my Moscow (Europe here). But yeah, I ordered a new bottom bracket to replace and see if that fixes the issue.

NCM Moscow Bottom Bracket Bearing Failure

Would any brand or model of a 68x122mm bottom bracket with square tapered design fit on the Moscow or you specifically need the Shimano or NECO one?

Known Issues & Problems with NCM Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Regarding this issue with the PAS sensor I removed the crank lever, removed the PAS sensor, cleaned it since it was rusty and put it back tightly (before the outer fixed ring was a bit loose) and the issue is still there and still happening during gear shifts and bumps. I'm starting to wonder if...

Also they're on purpose avoiding answering my emails. I sent many in the past months with no response. Today I tried a different email pretending to be interested in the opening times of the store in Munich and they answered 15 minutes later, they also told me that nor the store or the factory...

What should that tester tell me? The motor works fine despite the weird nose. At this point I should just let it go and live with it since neither the company or other service centers are willing to help... To be precise I was saying the company is actually owned and controlled from China...
