Having ridden this bike for a while, I'm getting a lot of mixed feelings about it. The whole things looks great and has a nice component set for the money, but overall it just feels cheap and built to a price. My Rad Radrunner isn't perfect, but feels like it was designed by people who care...

It appears so, but that's a loooong tube that carries a heavy battery. Anyone have a comment on size of the sport vs flow? I just rode my wifes Flow again and put the seat up about an inch beyond the maximum mark on the seat tube. Thank helped a bit, but I still shouldn't need to go beyond...

No, she never mentioned it -- I just noticed it. Its not like a flex from weight either. It's more of just a wiggle to it. If you are just riding and "on the gas" I don't think its really noticeable, but my step through radrunner doesn't do that at all.

Have you tried switching it to 9 power levels instead of 5? I'd assume the jumps between levels would become finer and smaller.

Can you count the teeth on the smallest rear gear? You mentioned it seems faster than your other one in top gear. I wonder if they changed to an 11 tooth gear instead of 12 with the SRAM change? If so that will be a very positive change.

Thanks! The reality is ours will be too, which is why I wanted the kendas, but sounds like at least the trade off will a little more rubber for the trails like the ride1ups.

Great feedback. Can you compare the two tires? Kinda bummed that our bike will have the CST tires, but they seem to be rated as low rolling resistance and they look a tad fatter and knobbier for the times we go off road. Was a little worried the Kendas looked too small for any trail riding.

I'd say maybe its because you probably paid more than the black friday people, but since they charge your credit card in full at the time of order placement I don't think it would be due to revenue collection.
