I know that this is an old post, but I just wanted to fast forward to 2022. Received my 2.0 step-thru and I was shocked that everything came properly adjusted. It was as if it had been run through "make ready" and everything tweaked. Only problem i found was the rubber plug for the charge port...

These are incredible. I was concerned about having to cut the ends out of my grips, but it was well worth it. just ordered another for the other side.
