If you can please post your pics here also? I think in order to release the battery from the housing you must insert and push the key upward to get it to switch which will disengage the battery lock mechanism. Thanx and Enjoy your new ride!

Good to hear! Hopefully your bike shop is able to fix it just right! We are having fine weather here in NYC so we were out enjoying the last rides with our (pedal) bikes. We hope issues are minimal like you when ours arrive. We will update as well.

I believe the bikes are being shipped from Ontario Ca - USA not Canada. Just a quick FYI.

You will receive the older screen. The color screen is an upgrade and must be ordered separately. Hopefully we all have favorable shipping and receiving stories to share!

It’s on their website in the Replacement Parts Tab. It cost $100 and will ship separately since the bike will ship with standard controller. I asked to have it pre-installed but they have limited techs at this time. Also, you Must contact them before you place the order for any parts or upgrades...

Hi, so I have attached a pic of the color display from eAhora and according to the reps it is an upgraded version but I am not sure all of its capabilities. The power indicator is a percentage type not the 10 bar kind. We will see when it arrives. Thanx!
