I believe there should be a citi name before "Zhennuo Information Technology Co., Ltd.". This is a requirement of China's business registration. This is either incomplete or deceptive.
Did you find an address for Eahora headquarters in the USA? I want to file complaints as well. My battery never would charge. Eahora has essentially refused to help even under warranty.
