bodyfloat or other suspension seat post for radmini or rover

I mounted the Suntour SP12-NCX on a 2015 Radrover frame and at the lowest, if I measure from the top of the seat post clamp to the bottom of the seat (not the bracket) at the same angle of the post the distance is 5" and it is very snug getting it the last 1.5" into the frame to the lowest...

rad rover pedal assist stopped working. any tips?

The red led is under the bikes bottom bracket/crank on the PAS sensor. Look under from the left side of the bike and when the system is on it should be lit. If not, loose wire or bad sensor. My BBSHD also has a sensor LED for speed but I had forgotten about the RR's because it is under the bike...

rad rover pedal assist stopped working. any tips?

Bummer this happened. I ride on the beach frequently too, but almost always at low tide so I've been lucky. If this were to happen to me I would remove the battery and the fuse, light rinse any accessible electrical connections that may have gotten wet with fresh water including the battery...

Changing the 48V dolphin battery case on the Radrover. Step by step.

walawn, This is an impressive thread. Great job. Did you happen to note which BMS this battery uses? If anything ever fails on this battery, it would be the most likely culprit.

    Would like to go faster!

walawn, I think your estimates of 1-2 mph on the top end are pretty accurate for your 180 lb weight. I think the biggest benefit will be the overall performance throughout the battery discharge. The stock 48v battery works well until it passes the 40% mark. If I recall, when the 48v battery is...
