Lesser known company that hasn't been around as long (2008) and has 45 nm nominal torque. I think you were on the right track with Gazelle/Trek personally. There is a lot that goes into a good e-bike. FWIW as an owner of a Gazelle Ultimate C380 I am still eyeing (the much cheaper) Vado 4.0.

IMO something from Trek, Gazelle, Specialized, etc. are going to be a lot better to pedal. There are a million DTC brands out there. Since you have a nice budget I would personally stick to those brands speaking very generally.

It would be amazing if a Vado or Como worked out. The Vado has a shorter seat tube length that might even allow for a suspension post... It would a long shot, but who knows.

A good bike fitter can help with everything related to bicycle ergonomics, including saddle choice. Most bike salespeople know little about sizing, let alone fitting, and will happily let you walk out with an ill fitting bike.

Have you considered a suspension seat post like the Kinekt? They are easily returnable via Amazon. Another thought, can you upload a video of yourself riding to see the bike fit? Consulting a professional fitter might be a good idea too.
