    Bosch Intuvia Ebike Display Settings

Hey Drew, I tried that and it didn't work. Its possible that the dimmable option was on the older Intuvia display with the removable battery.

    Bosch Intuvia Ebike Display Settings

How do you lower or raise the brightness of the screen? I couldn't that option in the configuration menu.

Does anybody know where I can replacement cases and parts for the Intuvia Display and trigger?

Success! On the operation, I havent had a chance to ride it yet, but everything seems normal. Special thanks to Alaskan, helping me out with a spare unit and installation tips. The one thing I was concerned about was my ODO info, since I keep a basic ride log with data the Intuvia provided...

Does anybody know where I can replacement cases and parts for the Intuvia Display and trigger?

No problem, I did a ton research before posting and I know Propel's site was easier to browse before they updated it. They have top cover, but not the bottom, thanks agiain for your input. Currently was contacted by member on the forum of a spare unit, fingers cross on the installation once I...

Does anybody know where I can replacement cases and parts for the Intuvia Display and trigger?

Thanks @michal, but the handlebar mount for the display is ok, its the underside of the display itself. Not sure if Propel does sell just the display case. Thanks for asking, Im okay for the most part just a few scrapes...

Does anybody know where I can replacement cases and parts for the Intuvia Display and trigger?

Went for a quick trail ride yesterday, while rolling over a log I lost control (on some wet leaves and mud) and went over the bars. After picking myself off the ground I noticed that the tabs which holds the display snapped off. I manage to continue by reattaching the display with a few zipties...

    Stop Intuvia display from swivelling?

Check the screws, make sure they're tight (I almost lost mine after my first ride). I would suggest putting a small drop of LocTite on each screw. If the mount still swivels after tighten up the bolts, you might need to shim out the clamping area. You can small piece of inner tube or tape...

For those who still have both?

Since getting one in July, 99% on the eBike, since I only had the chance to ride during the weekends. I rode my main MTB once to and from a friend's house, because I was lending it out to another friend who needed something during our group rides.

    Bosch CX motor software upgrade

I assume yes, when I went to get mine upgraded I went to the shop that I purchased the bike (close to work, but no to home) and they mentioned I could have went to any Bosch dealer to get it done (which there's one or two that are closer to me). If anything call them and see if they can provide...

    Bosch CX motor software upgrade

Got my update yesterday at Propel, no info on the Bosch site, about what's the difference. The one thing I did notice, is a more accurate Range reading while in Eco mode (I assume the same to the rest).

How Important are Disc Brakes for a Heavy Rider?

Of course we all should have our ow opinion, since we have had our own experience. Mechs can work (never have for me), I have used them in the past and even still have one on the front of my street riding bike (Avid BB7 with a 6" rotor). But comparing both, hydros always the power and braking...

How Important are Disc Brakes for a Heavy Rider?

I only mentioned it, as a heavy myself, its something to think about it. Even on casual rides, I rather have working brakes versus, EHHH So-So working brakes, but thats just me. Plus, I was trying to help answer a fellow rider's questions about Disc-brakes as a heavy rider. Sorry for trying to...

First time riding trails on my eMTB

Had a fun ride hitting the some trails at Stillwell Park, Long Island, for the first time with the Bulls Six50 FS RSI. The major differences when compared to riding a standard trail bike, is being able to keep pace with any rider as I film them while carrying a heavyish backpack (camera, drone...

e-MTB - Flats or Clipped In?

Flats 100%. But IMO its comes down to rider preference, though in a crash/bail (especially on a rock & tree filled trail), I rather be in flats, since I know I'm not still attached to the bike while falling.

    Choices for a Heavier Person?

This simulator might help (estimate) the range on an ebike (using a Bosch motor and battery, mileage will vary for other systems), but it help understand whats possible. https://www.bosch-ebike.com/us/service/range-assistant/ And here's another good read...

How Important are Disc Brakes for a Heavy Rider?

My 2cents (as a heavy rider for most of my riding career (currently weighting at 240lbs, but been as high as 270lbs), Hydraulic disc brakes will give more stopping compared to any mechanical disc brake. You can get away with mechanics, but it depends on where and how you ride. If I was to go...

Using the charging port (mini USB) for iPhone and other devices
