Florida has been more lax than other locations. May be that is the difference. my LBS in California has been open also but that is rare in CA.

I realize your frustration. I had hard time with my battery of my Vado 5. others have reported similar issues and remedies. see posts by @Sierratim who uses some sort of lubricant and @Stefan Mikes explaining how to exactly do this. when older seals get easier to place.

I did that for the first time. Took the wheels off. After changing the pads I had to make adjustment and realized I could have done that without taking the wheels off.

I use Park Tool PRS-25. Aluminum, strong, stable, and very portable. A bit pricy but to me it is worth it.

Hold the “-“ or left button on TCD for 5 seconds. On one of the firmware updates my display was changed to KM and I had to do this. This also allows you to change time and date.

My set up for my Vado 5 currently is Kinekt 2 suspension seat post, Ergon ST Core Prime saddle, and Schwalbe Marathon E+ tires. I also use Ergon GP5 grips and RaceFace Chester pedals. I think some call this dialed in and very comfortable ride. Will be keeping this set up for a while.

Sorry that I can not answer the question. What beautiful colors! Great taste. I own a Vado 5 in black. Wish it was red or yellow. They don’t offer that.

If it is shipped from Utah it might be delayed due to some issues they had there. I ordered some equipment and clothing and the same thing happens to part of my order. I never received any update from them either although I followed up multiple time.
