Same problem occurs a week later, not solved. VTT is again at shop to exchange electric cables... I'm glad from GIANT for all my life now.

Dear Waksl2, Near same problem with my Stance E+2 (new one 500kms) : stopping all electric fonctions in road! Run again manually, stop himself not wanted.... The connector battery installed ON bicycle (not on battery), is too low (error from GIANT manufacture). So my shop exchange it from a kit...

Problem solved by exchanging the battery connector support on cycle. It's a knowed problem for March2021 cycles. Free operation, probably a mistake in construction at GIANT office.... Now all is perfect, good travels!!

Hello friends, I buy it 3 month ago, kms 500 now. All was good, but since 1 week, assist stop when I use it. Sometimes never problem, other days, I need to come back home, no travel is possible : I put ON, it go quickly in OFF, and again, and again. No more soluce from Giant shop, no errors...
