    I agree. For me the noise rated highly, but the fact that I'm commuting on it, rather than driving my car (on my own), and that I can get up the hills I used to, and that it feels like I have a strong tailwind when I need it, make up for its weight and it would for the noise too, if there was any.

    I've now got a Brose powered Bulls E-MTB and I would rate it as silent. Sometimes I think I can hear it, but it might just be road noise.

    Thanks, hikingdad, that confirms what I've been reading. Bulls make a great looking bike but I can't get them in New Zealand so I'm going to have to wait till later this year for a BH Revo

    Did you ever do that noise comparison? Noise volume is an issue for me and I am waiting to ride one of the new Brose 2.0 models because I have heard that they are especially quiet. A comparative review in test conditions of a range of current systems would be very interesting
