After trying 2 new batteries the LCD will maintain the time as it should. However if you remove the seat/battery but the LCD still has it's 2032 battery the time goes back to the default 12:00 am and needs to be reset. Can someone try that and let me know if yours works the same way...

Will your LCD hold the time? Mine will for a while and then it reverts back to 12 am I changed the battery once and just put another new one in now so I'll see if that makes a difference. Everything else seems to works fine on the LCD

Called support line during this morning, on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. Called back at 11:45 PST they shut phone off early for their 12-1pm lunch break. Called back after 2pm PST they still had the phones cutoff for their 12-1 lunch break. So far customer support is very impressive :'(
