Want to buy a camper, have rola convoy rack, great but heavy, have heavy ebike. Question....if I put an extender on my normal tow hitch, then the rack, heavy mountain bike, and a lighter non ebike.....will this be too much for the hitch to handle? Also, doing this if it is feasible, prevents...

An update...from Pro Bike....they contacted me, said they were very sorry about my issue with the cover and gave me a full refund. They stated that they were unaware of the potential problem and were pleased that I had brought it to their attention. I did look over their Amazon website...

The rack which is called a Rolla Convoy was fantastic. Bought a two bike rack although only used one due to cover fiasco.. these racks can handle fat and regular tires. Super strong, well made easy install. all big name racks were 450 -600 online other than junk knock offs. I paid 260 plus...

Seems as the spokes are pulling through the flange. I agree with all you suggest. My LBS does not carry the washers, nor the company. Since we are leaving back to Canada in a week, not possible to order and get done here. Will rebuild a new wheel there if same problem encountered. Cheers.

Sorry, just realized what might be confusing. The new rims included assembled spokes.

Funny start😎. Seriously, company sent new rim and hub motor twice. First repair the LBS said all looked good, tried new rim. Ran well. Then same thing happened, 2 spokes pulled through or broke from hub flange.Startedthinking I'm too heavy, but company and LBS say no. New rim sent again...

Rear wheel spokes on hub drive wheel have popped through flange on hub motor twice. Spokes are 13 gauge. Bike maximum weight is 275 pounds. I'm 220. Approximately 10 pound battery mounted under rear wheel rack. When spokes not breaking love the bike. Company has been great have now sent 2...

Thanks.....what do you mean no deflection.....even with bottom of the barrel? I would like the softest ride possible. My impression is that when you stiffen the ride it means you are going over some big bumps and the less travel the better. Is that correct or do I have it backwards?

Been for 3rd ride on it. I like it, smooths out the road, bought a selle royaljell seat, big difference from regular saddles
