    Saddle Sores

Cool thanks, I'll probably try the spider first.

    Saddle Sores

True, gonna half to ride them. Does that Spiderflex have holes for your sitbones to center on? Aren't your sitbones supposed to hold your weight? Have you tried the spongy wonder? https://spongywonder.com/

    Saddle Sores

Even better than a noseless eh? That would be cool to have it break in and fit really well.

Battery LEDs Don't Match Display Percentage.

Yes I asked them. Thanks that’s good to know. Also the charges stop and turn green when the battery is full so at least I know that.

Battery LEDs Don't Match Display Percentage.

I have a Biktrix Juggernaut Ultra FS. 48V 14.5AH Battery. Bafang DPC18 Display. The first time I charged the battery -The LEDS showed 4 Green, the display showed 75%. I charged it longer until the display showed 100%. I went for a big ride in the afternoon, lots of steep climbs, at least 3...

I read carbon fibre isn’t as durable as aluminum framed. Definitely good battery to weight ratio though.

    Enduro Cracked Frame - Twice!

Same frame snapped in a different location. https://electricbikereview.com/forums/threads/voltbike-enduro-review-first-100-miles-from-a-bike-newbie.13488/#post-120050 How tall are you? and what's your weight? I'm considering the 2020 version of the bike but the seat post is at an even steeper...

Looking for Lightwieght Bikes with Bafang

OOOH Grin Tech built that solar trike for the Suntour ride from France to China and that same guy made the GMAC motor. It's all becoming clear now. So that choice would local, great tech, and I wouldn't have to worry about replacing chains. I wonder if the GMAC is available on a FS? I will...

Looking for Lightwieght Bikes with Bafang

FLX Trail is a solid looking bike. I could bring a spare battery with me for longer trips and get the 650WH. Also only 40lbs! Definitely a top contender. The only problem is that there are no bikes in the FLX Canadian store. I'd have to figure that out.

That used to be my favourite but it's 76lbs. I read that it rides like a Caddy especially with fat tires. That could be good or bad depending on your use. That makes it sound like an inefficient hill climber.

Looking for Lightwieght Bikes with Bafang

Interesting. Cool that they are local. I always thought mid drives where better for hills, but I guess if it's a great geared hub motor than it could compete. It's also cool that they combined the tech of geared and hub motors.

Looking for Lightwieght Bikes with Bafang

Many steep bumpy hills in my town, 10-21% grade. I'll be on lots of gravel trails and some mtb trails. I'm 6'1'' 210lbs. Looking for a HT or FS that I can carry cargo with and get home with at the end of the day without exhausting myself on the hills home. $3600USD or $5000CAD is my absolute...

Has the Luna Direwolf Battery been fit on any FS bikes?

I'm wondering if there are any Large or Extra Large FS bikes that have been fit with a BBSHD + Direwolf Battery or similar capacity battery. If that's possible than a sub 60lbs FS bike with 1000WH could be built for less than $5000 CAD. That's something I haven't seen.
  17. Henstelfs

Help identify another bottom bracket please.

It's a 2010 Giant Reign. Trying to find out if a BBSHD will fit. The bike that's being sold is this orange one.

My Top 4 Value FS eMTB

I will pedal moderately. Now I'm back to looking at the Voltbike Enduro which is only $2800 CAD. It's also 55lbs but with a bigger 48V 16AH 768WH battery (+118 > X1). Obviously it has $2000CAD worth of cheaper parts,.. but if range is king...
