Hey.. Thanks for checking up. I was able to get in touch with the support team and they are shipping replacement parts (i.e throttle and controller). I will have to figure out how I will install these parts by myself. lol. Do you think that ebikes are supposed to withstand rain?

Yes it was quite a big downpour. Radeva power bikes should make it water resistant considering that people use this bike for their daily commute. And it can't be avoided that the bike will be parked outside and is prone to be wet by rain. what ya think?

Got my new Rad Rover E-bike last week. It's a great bike overall. BUT unfortunately the bike got caught in rain and the throttle and pedal assist ceased to work. :(
