Yes I have clean contacts and re seat battery in holder. Undo the two screws on frame but battery back on turn power on move battery arround see if it shuts down if not remove it a gain gently hold down the contacts and secure again gently hope that works mine did . My problem is total shut down LCD screen goes blank no error code at all . Remove LCD put it back and I move on . I'm still waiting for shop to repaire it . They ordered a new controller.

I'm still waiting, had a 22 mile ride today and it was fine no cut out at all useley it cuts out 4/5 times .

Hi Vincent yes but I still have 3bars left on the display and it occurs on the flat ,bike is going back today so it could be another week befor I get it back.hopfully it will get sorted this time or I have to get it reccll.

Hi there you great thanks for the reply ,Infact they say I should get arround 56miles out of the battery I never have only arround 25/30 miles a most of the time I run in Eco mode the lowest power assist and use the gears yes so it could be the battery I'm just waiting for his reply . Carl
