Nonsense. As a consumer, I expect to receive the stated service/goods represented by vendor for any item I purchase. I expect range might improve a bit after a few cycles of battery. I'll post back the actual AH capacity next time the battery needs to be charged. :)

Agree regarding charge cycles. Will hopefully see an improvement. Regarding your observed range....that is fine if it is within specs given by manufacturer....but NOT FINE if the vendor advertises something totally different that what you are observing under conditions described by vendor...
