Unfortunately that's actually who I've been dealing with as well. Seems it's totally random who they're willing to help and who they aren't. I've been emailing daily and all I want is just an honest answer and they're unwilling to give that.

Anyone still not received theirs? I've been emailing espin repeatedly and just get copy and paste answers. They claimed that it would be shipped out today but alas no updates to the tracking number still. I've just about had it with this shady company.

Wow you got lucky! I'm still waiting and I ordered mid August. I've sent them an email but no response. I may end up taking this up with my credit card.
