Finally received lmt'd bike yesterday, core5 sent 1st time mistakenly. Came with 5 loose spokes and a bent rim, possible crack. Wonder if I have to pack up whole thing again or will they send me a replacement rear wheel. Does the motor separate from the wheel?

I received my bike on March 30, found wrong bike in box. Had to repack, send it back. Support generated new label for the right bike(lmtd), on April 2. Still says waiting to be picked up at ups tracking. Have no clue when I will receive it.

Yeah, and ups tracking still shows no progress, hasn't even left San Diego.

So , I ordered a lmt'd bike March 23, received it a week later, opened box and it was a core 5. Support acknowledged the error, but I had to pack back up, ship it back. Now waiting again.Tracking says new bike still waiting for pickup. Support was quick to respond, but now I have to wait all...

I have a 70 year old friend who still pedals by the other guys, on a regular mtn bike. He maintains and builds trails on the Virginia side. I couldn't keep up with him on an ebike, lol

I live in Southern WV, close to VA border. Mostly farmland here. Not close to coal counties. Lots of logging trucks though, lol. Monroe county. I will be riding back roads and mt. trails. Dirt and pavement. I'm about 2 hours south of Charleston.

Did you get the updated controller with your bike? I am going to get a bike shop to assemble and adjust, if I can. Thanks for the info

Is it because of the controller issue? I think that's been resolved. I hope so.

Just ordered a ride1up lmt'd, hope I like it. Can't ride a regular bike anymore, age, back, etc. Thought I would try an ebike.

Ordered a lmt'd yesterday. First e-bike. Can't wait to try it. Was going to ask you guys to help me choose, but went ahead and pulled the trigger.
