    Too funny.....happy cycling all...started raining here today, hoping for a few more sunny weeks before I have to mothball my bike for the winter. Cycling is like baseball and golf; best served with healthy portions of sunshine and warmth.

    Have to hose it down and then dry it off by riding around town before I can take it into the condo. Failing that, I'd spend half my time scrubbing down the elevator and cleaning the carpets.

    I just got my bike....surface 604 boar, all in $4,700. I live in a condo building with " secure" underground parking. I keep my bike up in my condo. I'm in the process of replacing anything "quick release" with the bolts you can get that are like the locking lugs you get for expensive rims on...

    A little bulky and heavier than most, but it will carry 100lbs of cargo and it's actually pretty smooth on the paved roads. Auto on head and tail lights at dusk and the rear flashes anytime you hit the brakes.

    New to ebiking and waiting for a shred that was delayed 4 weeks in shipping.....sigh. Spent most of my youth pedaling a ten speed all over greater Victoria.....more recently had a Specialized Rockhopper that I rode from 2000 to 2014. Moved up to lake Cowichan to retire and didn't turn a wheel...
