Thank you for your kind words, @KLee. Your avatar is hilarious. :D Picture of the female socket I posted on Jan 6 (Post #7) doesn't seem pushed in at all: https://electricbikereview.com/forums/threads/brians-ccx-journal.26299/#lg=post-177988&slide=0 Now, the sockets seem to be a little pushed...

Known Issues & Problems with Juiced Bikes Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Today, I biked home at night and glanced at the LCD display. In 0 mode, I saw over 300W on the display. In Sport mode, I saw over 1000W on the display. Do you folks see these kind of numbers?

Known Issues & Problems with Juiced Bikes Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Thanks for the write-up @SirJonathan and @andyraf ! Juiced sent my controller to the wrong address, so I will have to wait a bit before I can install mine. Meanwhile, I'm going to print out a couple of these posts and study them.

Known Issues & Problems with Juiced Bikes Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

@dan silver Yes, Juiced offered a solution that is working right now. With preventative measures of my own, I hope it will last a long time. I would not recommend Juiced Bikes until the battery design is changed. Don't come back to this forum until they have changed the battery design...

Known Issues & Problems with Juiced Bikes Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

I looked around the Juiced Bikes Facebook page, and I could not find that image of the fallen crank arm. I don't have a facebook login though, so maybe I cannot see it. Where did you find it, @dan silver ? I do see a recent January picture of a messed up battery connector... Hard to believe...

Put on the straps that @jinim got. Wish the pack came with 2 more of the long straps. Anyway, I feel secure about the battery for now!

I tried zero mode today. I can hear the motor spool up soon after. I just filed a support ticket. I hope it is accepted. Looking forward to hear your story, @SirJonathan. Thanks for chiming in, @Tora Harris. Keep up the hard work!

CCX Race Mode Offers Less Assistance than Sport Mode?

Hey all, I thought Race Mode is supposed to offer the most assistance, because it is the last mode on the CCX (E, 1, 2, 3, S, R). However, it feels like Race Mode offers the least assistance. It feels like its capped at 20 MPH for me. It feels like its dragging me down... Tonight, I...

No problems to report. Mileage is around ~50 miles. Still waiting for my straps. Battery connectors look OK. Lubed the battery connectors up. Wrapped connectors, display, and battery with Saran wrap and taped it all together. Raining!

TLDR - Had some issues with the battery connector. It's working now after working with the support team. Thinking it may go bad due to stripped threads on the male side. Enjoying the bike now! - 11/22/2018: Ordered the CCX on Black Friday. - 11/27/2018: Shipped from Juiced Bikes. - 11/30/2018...
