    Widespread Giant motor creaking problem - time for a recall?

    I have a 2018 e fastroad and had the same problems with a noisy motor. Have to say the shop where I bought it (Giant - York, UK) were brilliant in getting it fixed. A new motor was needed. After fitting - no problem.

    Yes, I have no confidence in the app. I use Strava all the time now.

    Ridecontrol App Crashes

    I have a 2018 Fastroad and I’ve been trying to use the Ridecontrol app with it. The app syncs with the bike, but then crashes and freezes the controller on the bike. Has anyone else had this problem? My phone is iPhone X with the latest iOS.
