Buying Ride 1 Up bikes online

No signatures required. My bike arrived one day before it was scheduled. I came home from work to see it on my front porch. A pleasant surprise! As I stated before, get someone out to your house or go to a bike shop for them to either assemble it or look it over. It is required by Ride1UP to...

Looking for a simple e-bike for my wife

I am looking for a simple ebike for my wife. She wants something basic. By that I mean less speeds. Internal gear hub (if I'm describing that correctly). Step thru style. Rear wheel hub motor. She had an old Schwinn cruiser (non-electric) that she liked. I do want an ebike for her. Budget is up...

Bolton 2020 ebike. Any comments from members who has purchased one or has knowledge of Bolton ebikes?

I have seen some videos of the Bolton 2020 ebike. It seems to be well made and very capable. I would like to get some input form members who own one or with knowledge about this bike or Bolton ebikes in general.

Too Late! They received my returned bike today

    New LMT’d - who’s in?

Kind of surprising to me that Ride1Up would change the display already in a bike that is a new model. I wonder what else is going to be changed.

    New LMT’d - who’s in?

Sand-beige is a better description. Grey is not accurate when describing the color of the Limited model.

Although it might be hard to accomplish, has anyone posted a video comparing the noise difference between a direct drive vs geared drive hub motor?

    Rad City 4 torque

Adding my 2 cents, Someone in my neighborhood has the Rad 4 and I saw him going pretty fast. At first I didn't know what ebike he was on but I saw the large diameter hub motor and I thought it was a Rad City bike. I saw him again and was able to see the Rad City name on the bike.

LUNACYCLE, Not your typical ebike company

Insomnia got the better of me last night so I started surfing the web about ebikes I'm interested in. The Luna "fixed' model was one of my interests. As I continued my search and started watching video reviews, I came upon an interview with Eric Hicks, the founder of Lunacycle. The interview...

    FLX BabyMaker dependability

I'm still interested in the FLX BabyMaker e-bike. I am questioning both short term problems and long term reliability. I have read about potential problems with the battery charge indicator and frequent flat tires on the front, possibly due to the wrong size tire/rim combination. I love the idea...

    FLX Babymaker

I've read your post about the BabyMaker bike and I would like to know your present evaluation after having the bike for a good amount of time. I am thinking of possibly purchasing one in the near future. I would be getting the Pro model. I live in Florida so my rides would be on flat roads...

RETURNING MY E-BIKE TO RIDE1UP. QUESTION ABOUT SHIPPING

The bike is really nice. Quality and value seems good, and Ride1Up seems to be a very good company. They are VERY responsive to questions. I just didn't like the Torque sensor system. But, that's me. Another member, LUMPYDOG seems to have dialed it in. The Torque sensor does give you a neat...

Your stranded on a deserted Island, what would you do?

Ok, it’s not that dire but my two front runners in an ebike decision is the Juiced CrossCurrent S2 and Ride1UP 700. Both are similar in price and in the same class (I think). The one big difference is the PAS. The 700 has a cadence sensor while the CrossCurrent has both cadence and Torque, a...

Can anyone verify if Juiced ebikes switched factories where their bikes are made?

I have read that Juiced recently switched manufacturers where their bikes are made due to a high amount of problems with their bikes. The bikes were produced by Luyuan, a Chinese ebike manufacturer, but according to some, Juiced recently switched their factory somewhere else. I know as...

    Impressed with Juiced bikes but??????

I've been watching several reviews and reading customers comments on Juiced bikes. I am very impressed with their Torque/Cadence system. It seems the owner, Tora (?) has some progressive ideas and is very involved with the development of his bikes. My concerns are with a possible quality...
