Anyone have any experience with the Raleigh Dobson step through?

I am looking at getting the wife one of these bikes for commuting. Anyone ever ride one? or better yet, anyone own one?

I am going to bump this one back up since there's been zero comments. I went and looked at the bike at Canadian Tire this weekend. It's built very nice, looks the part and is not super heavy. I am worried about not being able to change gears for riding. Anyone out there in Raleigh land ever ridden a single speed ebike from them? Wonder how it is? As mentioned earlier as well, we would be commuting, going shopping etc on this bike for her. She would carry light weight items to about 20 lbs in gear/food etc. My E-Cargo will be doing the heavy lifting.
