Once powered up the pedal assist lasts 5 mins if you have a fault! Be careful its not a fault it should NOT turn off! My motor is a fault and keeps turning off after 5 mins NCM are aware I have been waiting 8 months for a replacement motor and NCM are not rushing to replace! I suggest you keep...

Enjoy the bike as intended messing with it introduces so many other factors and reliability issues! My NCM Moscow is just gathering dust!

Good luck, Leon after warranty is pants sorry to say! I have a similar issue, offered to pay postage to send parts just so I can get my bike up and running again. Moscow 29inch dead, dusty and disheartened. You could try ebay.com seems to have more parts available there😩

I have similar issue on Moscow 29 inch as mine shuts off after 5 minutes. I have been told as it's not registering speed it automatically shuts the das kit display off. I also told the issue is loose wire / exposed or broken on ‘ The Hall Sensor ‘ in the rear drive unit. 😔
