They now sell the new display with throttle.
You have to purchase the new display $60.00 and a new controller $75.00.
The install was easy. About an hour total.
Works great. The throttle will get you to 20 mph.
Also found this manual. If this is for the Ride1up display it looks like you can program assist levels.

Since I have both the original and Gen 2 displays thought I would check visibility through polarized glasses. Took the bike outside in the sun placed the camera lens behind my sunglasses and took the pics.
The one with the orange power button is the display that came with the bike.
Original is...
Broke my original display in the first few months so I have the newer Gen 2 display. Gen 2 is not visible with my sunglasses. Wonder if this is why the roadster displays are no longer for sale on the Ride1up website.
I plan to change mine to the throttle display when they become available. I hope its is just plug in and go.
I have a question about your new sw102 display. Can you see the information on the display outside in the sun wearing sunglasses?
Cant see mine at all without pulling my sunglasses down.
Contacted Ride1up about purchase of the new display with throttle. They said it was not available yet. They also said it would require the install of a new controller.
If you get the display from jimmy666 let us know if its a simple plug and play with your existing controller.
Certainly seems a more convenient way to charge both batteries. Perhaps they found its fine to charge while the add-on is still mounted. They still have this posted on the website.
Remove and charge the battery.
Always remove the add-on battery from the bike before charging.
Using the key...
No. They recommend you take the add-on battery off and charge them separately. Pretty sure you cant charge both batteries through the charge port on the bike.
I have two chargers. The add-on battery came with an additional charger.
The original charger that came with the bike and the charger...
I also have the v2 with the range extender installed. Mine powers up with the extender off the bike. Only advice would be to check the connections at the controller inside the downtube. This is the install video from the Ride1up website. Also contact Ride1up support. They are quite helpful...
Just received a reply from Ride1up. They are not for sale yet.
He asked if I was having problems with the belt skipping. I explained what was happening.
He asked for my address and said they would ship one to me.
Very generous offer from Ride1up.
Thanks for posting the pictures. Seems like it would be a simple install.
I have an inquiry with Ride1up about availability.
I weigh 195. Maybe us heavier riders are a bit much for the belts.
Thanks again.
