Put a full cover on like the one shown on the previous post. Then cover this Cover with a heavy duty Fishnet. strap with Bungee cords. The Fishnet will spoil the Wind reducing flapping considerable. Cheers

If you want Motor Vehicles coming up from behind you to slow down, attach a rear facing Camera or Cellphone onto your Bike. Vehicle Drivers will assume the Camera is recording, with License plate already recorded, works Wonders. Cheers
