Mine stay inside my attached garage, I don't store my bikes outside at all. In the garage I have 3 ebikes and 2 analog bikes, and I can still get my small car inside there also, need be.
I can only imagine with 8 broken spokes that rear wheel must have been wobbling bad, luckily no one got hurt. Velotric really needs to get this corrected, refusing to fix warranty claims is a recipe for disaster with future return business. I own 2 Velotric bikes and they have been awesome, no...
I'm in PA and where I live it is a rural setting, no bike lanes or bike infrastructure of any kind. If you visit the larger cities like Philadelphia, Pittsburg, or Reading there are some bike lanes through out. Where I live we have a few rails to trails paved or smooth bike paths, that's it. I...
When your looking at the rear rack supports from the back, it looks not much difference. But when riding behind and the brake lights are applied there is a good bit of difference. I believe Velotric made this change as a temporary fix, and a better design is in the works for the next Breeze bike...
It's just a small bend on each side of the bottom of the rear rack support, very subtle but noticeable on the brake lights. I'm going to try and tweak my original one to copy the new design.
Velotric changed the rear rack bracket design to show more clearance for the brake lights, it's just a small change but apparently they are listening and improving their products. Both bike were bought from the same LBS at the same time, the one I upgraded with a Velotric rear rack and fenders...
My wife has the XP lite 2.0 and she has no problems pedaling it, we live in a fairly hilly area and she surprised me on the hills and did great. It's all in the pedal assist that makes that bike very capable at moving right along.
I just put my Pace 4 up for consignment at my LBS and bought two Breeze 1's (wife and I). I can't exactly explain why, but I like the breeze 1 a good bit better. Maybe it's those Dutch style bars, but the bike just fits us very well. We have about 70 miles on them now and I have no regrets at all.
Anyone here ever do the Marietta Gorge trail in Lancaster county? I believe that's the name of it unless I'm mistaken, it's14 or so miles long so 28 miles total. The wife and I like to ride and intend to look this trail up and ride there.
I'm getting older and I notice I fall a bit more often than I'd like to admit, usually while doing stupid stuff around the house. I've learned to just lay there for a bit and take inventory of the injuries before even trying to get back up. My small dog is always following me around and always...
The bad thing about those bikes is they are in a class by themselves, and in the wrong hands can shed a bad light on the growing popular ebike owners obeying local laws. It may say class 2 but that is an electric motorcycle at best and needs to be classified as such.
