Hydra screen cable severed from control pad. What now?

@Deacon Blues - just finally got a chance to look at it in more detail. The tire itself is actually wobbling back and forth in it's roll ever so slightly while it turns. Just about to start looking up information about what causes that! The rims themselves LOOK fine (not saying they are for...

Hydra screen cable severed from control pad. What now?

@Deacon Blues - New problem. And the rub is not consistent, it's like just one section of the tire is rubbing the chain while it turns.

Hydra screen cable severed from control pad. What now?

Thanks for the link/info on that! At one point I'd had the display/information for that component but had apparently forgotten it, and seeing that it actually has the display+control pad together is nice. I wasn't sure if the cable that got severed was one with multiple inner wires (which...

Hydra screen cable severed from control pad. What now?

Had a minor accident today on my Hydra (2020 model) - and the cable that goes from the controller pad on the left of the handlebars to the screen got severed. Does anyone have any experience in replacing/repairing this, or how I even get started?

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

The one thing that I keep seeing again and again which just baffles me, is the inability for some to seem to actually grasp what others are taking issue with. My issue, as I've always mentioned, has been communication. A healthy operation consists of proactive communication. Something happens...

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@WaxedWookie - as I'd mentioned, my package DOES indicate it was picked up. 95 lbs! ETA for next Wednesday, of course the DAY AFTER I leave town for Christmas. I'll have it held at a FedEx office. At this point, my concern/fears ALL lie with FedEx, as they REALLY suck in this area. My...

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@BigMozzaNZ - something I would keep in mind reading while reading this thread (putting on my well worn devils advocate attire). Not trying to excuse the lack of communication, but maybe to put a different light on it. I think one of the biggest reasons so many people in here are frustrated...

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@WaxedWookie - I LITERALLY (in the last 60s) got a text that my order has shipped, tracking number and all! I'll update when I see FedEx has picked it up.

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@Zachdds , 1 week or so by date. I don't know his number, mine was 1400. According to Pushkars update in this thread at the end of November, it was assembled waiting on a motor, though apparently that's fuzzy and maybe meant controller, or maybe they're just laughing at me/us.

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@WaxedWookie you got a picture?! I've asked two or three times to see a picture (I really just want to see the color) and received no reply even acknowledging 😔

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@Acme - I, and many others have repeatedly said we don't care about the shortage or being delayed. I care about knowing recent statuses, even if bad. Especially when communication stated "one more week" and two+ weeks go by without hearing anything to update/correct status.

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

June 25, order 1400. All but one of my 3 "status updates" have been from posts Pushkar has left on here, and the third was an email in September. I'm happy to answer any questions about my experience, though I'm guessing you can get an idea from here.

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

Hah, after your last reply I even re-read this to make sure I didn't miss "this" and for a minute I read it twice and my brain auto-inserted the "this". The first time I read it this morning it inserted "next". Thanks brain for auto-complete! Hoping it all turns out well for you, seriously!

Watt Wagons Critical Product Availability Status

@WaxedWookie, to clarify, did it say "this", "next", or "within a" week? I'm glad you heard something, just wishing I could've got the same communication. And even more hoping for your sake that it's not just another missed commitment. This seems fitting...
