Had a minor accident today on my Hydra (2020 model) - and the cable that goes from the controller pad on the left of the handlebars to the screen got severed. Does anyone have any experience in replacing/repairing this, or how I even get started?

@Zachdds , 1 week or so by date. I don't know his number, mine was 1400. According to Pushkars update in this thread at the end of November, it was assembled waiting on a motor, though apparently that's fuzzy and maybe meant controller, or maybe they're just laughing at me/us.

@Acme - I, and many others have repeatedly said we don't care about the shortage or being delayed. I care about knowing recent statuses, even if bad. Especially when communication stated "one more week" and two+ weeks go by without hearing anything to update/correct status.

June 25, order 1400. All but one of my 3 "status updates" have been from posts Pushkar has left on here, and the third was an email in September. I'm happy to answer any questions about my experience, though I'm guessing you can get an idea from here.

Hah, after your last reply I even re-read this to make sure I didn't miss "this" and for a minute I read it twice and my brain auto-inserted the "this". The first time I read it this morning it inserted "next". Thanks brain for auto-complete! Hoping it all turns out well for you, seriously!
