Are all gen 2 motors compatible?

Just to close the loop, the motor arrived and it works perfectly. It has different / newer firmware than the previous, but I see no difference. The Gen2 Performance Line CX seems to have more torque than the non-CX, but otherwise very similar. Thanks to @wildtrak for the advice.

Are all gen 2 motors compatible?

Then I should be good. The vendor says that the wheel size is programmed same as mine - 28". Thanks.

Are all gen 2 motors compatible?

I'm not sure how to get the specific BDU numbers - they're not on the casing. I gave the part numbers above. I know they're both from the BDU2xx series. To be more specific Old part # 0 275 007 035 New part # 0 275 007 045

Are all gen 2 motors compatible?

It's been nearly a year since my Performance Line gen 2 died. It was a 0 275 007 035. I'm looking for a replacement and found a ... 045 (which I believe is a Performance Line CX, of the same generation). Does anyone know if it would be compatible with my existing Intuvia setup? Without any...

Unfortunately, it did not work. I still get the same error code.

Dreaded Error code 500 after 18000+km. Can I just swap a motor?

Excellent. Thanks. I saw a video that showed that wire, but didn’t show what to do with it. I will attempt that next weekend and get back with the result. You wouldn’t by chance have a circuit diagram, where I could see what that does?

Dreaded Error code 500 after 18000+km. Can I just swap a motor?

It's a Gen 2 Performance Line with the Intuvia display. I'd replace with the same model of motor, or maybe a Gen 2 speed if that's possible. What I meant by "reprogram it" was whether the display and the motor need to be paired somehow. The motor and intuvia are able to talk to each other. I...

Dreaded Error code 500 after 18000+km. Can I just swap a motor?

There are motors for sale on ebay. Can I just swap one and will it work? Or do I need to reprogram the controller? Do I need a dealer to do it? My motor lasted 18000km. One bearing swapped about 3 years ago, but otherwise problem free. I opened it, cleaned all the contacts, and cleaned up a...

    Bosch Intuvia Ebike Display Settings

I'm going to say "yes". That one matches the specs. I've attached a pic of the one I installed. Looks the same but the label is slightly different. My first attempt wasn't a 502030. It had the right voltage and amperage. I believe there's a small controller in the battery, and this is what was...

    Bosch Intuvia Ebike Display Settings

Mine died over its 3rd winter, last year. Bike had a little over 10,000km at the time. My theory is that the main battery went into deep sleep over the winter, and the Intuvia battery ran empty. The main symptom was that I could only turn the bike on via the button on the main battery. Once...
