Yup! Had it for almost a month. Swapped the seat already and will likely get a suspension post as well. Pedals are fine for the time being. Great bike!

I'm 240lbs and it gets up to 35kmh on level ground at full throttle - not too shabby! :)

Need to make several adjustments to the pedals, posts, handlebars, etc. Already did that. :)

They did. I've put mine together and already done a 4km test ride. We had rented them from the *excellent* Urban Peddle Rentals in Vancouver a couple of times and had already fallen in love!

Yeah it's a common refrain over on the Voltbike FB page. I just had to go through a similar issue. But Ryan on the FB page is *amazing*. Once he stepped up, my bike was delivered within 48 hrs. Putting it together now!

Didn't know they had bad customer service before I bought the bike. :( Long story short, been waiting since June 23rd for delivery.
