Hi there. I have the R&M Multicharger and I had them replace the stem with the one from the Nevo so that I had a more upright riding position. So glad I did this because with the cargo capacity of the Multicharger it makes for a much more versatile bike. Hope that helps!

Good point! Here’s the scoop! They replaced the original flat locking retainer clip for the Rear Gates cig. Here is an image: Hopefully this will help the next person! Cheers Karen

I did speak to my local bike shop and they believe it’s just an adjustment with the belt. I am bringing it in next week for them to look at it. Stay tuned ;-)

Wow that seems like such an extreme way to fix a problem. Thankful you have a good LBS willing to sort this out for you.

Close! I’m north of the border in Canada. I’ve only gone out on the bike a few times since the snow has melted, and just waiting for the historic flooding to pass before I can really sink my teeth into biking season!
