I have included the front and back pictures of the display for the speedometer. The FULL/EMPTY of the battery charge works perfectly, BUT when the bike is throttled on the kickstand or in motion, the speedometer will not move from the ZERO NOTE : I am not sure how this particular speedometer...

I don't have enough experience to chime in, but both chargers I have will show voltage even without a battery attached.

This charger is still pumping out voltage when not connected to a battery using my multimeter. Yes I know that chargers can blow, so that is why I'm trying my hardest to figure this out first before charging the batteries

Yes the photo was an example of a ac/brick/dc charger because ROAMERS asked about it -- it is an example of just one charger. It is for sale at amazon. The one I have, as I have stated in the original post, does not have any markings (see pics)

Yeah and I want to be absolutely sure about it because if not, I believe it will burn out the charger or damage the batteries?
