I have a Thule Easyfold XT 2. I usually clamp to the top tube.
I don't have fidlock on my Vado SL, but I have it on my Giant Reign e+1 2020. I bought it because there wasn't much room in the triangle for a real water bottle. I still have the mount attached. I have a few different sized...
A local distillery near me had some 190 proof alcohol. I use that to clean my brakes. Bonus....if I get some crazy friends over, they can try a taste. So much burn!:)
I had a piston on one of my rear brakes that wasn't fully retracting. On one ride, I remove the brake pads because it happened during a ride and I was annoyed.
Ended up removing it all, cleaning/lubing the pistons and resetting them back in position. Something to think about, because it...
I've tried tons of settings. For me... I use Eco 35/35 when I'm trying to conserve power and am going on a longer ride where I'm not sure if I'll have enough battery. I really want to use sport as the mode I'm using when I'm just riding and not thinking about things and I know I have plenty...
Ordered a oneup V2 150mm. 30.9. for $180. Giant service kit was on backorder. Didn't want wait until never for Giant to have the service kit in stock. Plus hopefully this is better than stock.
Just saw this. I have a Giant Reign e+1 with a contact switch dropper about 5 years old. Going to try getting the Giant dropper service kit. Doesn't seem very easy to get.
Next choice would be a new dropper. One up is on my list. V2 or v3. Would you still go one up all over again?
I have this for now from 2 days ago. I started at approximately 6400 ft elevation. This was a pretty flat ride though. Of course this is battery % from Garmin which is only the main (I know this now!) , but it's similar because the SL does try and drain both batteries at a similar rate.
Yes but ... I'm going to a beer festival and having some friends over next week. So let's just say.... It may be a bit. I could definitely tell you the amount of beer/hour though 😃
I'm in Gypsum, CO. Near Beaver Creek ski resort. I had a Cannondale Quick Carbon 2 flat bar road bike when I moved here from the Denver area. It was fine for about 15 miles or so, but I'm in a valley with hills all around. I have nerve damage in my left leg from a lower back fusion about...
I had to read about why you are returning it. So is there any current generation biking computer which is perfect or almost for the SL with range extender? I submitted a few enhancement requests to Garmin but likely never happening.
