    Newbies on board! My husband and I just purchased (April 2020) two RadCity Step Thru bikes. We're excited to give them a spin. Could use advice on assembly - DIY or professional?

    Depends on your mechanical skills. I believe RAD has some good videos on assembly. Be careful if you turn them upside down. You need to make sure the LCD screen doesn't take any weight. True of any ebike, not just Rads.

    If it's just installing the handlebar, front, wheels, and seat you should be able to DIY fairly easily watching youtube videos. It'll also be good to get over the anxiety over making adjustments on your bike.
