Has anyone else had issues with their Ecotric dolphin motor making loud noises? The company sent us a new motor and wheel assembly. It began doing the same thing after several rides. Now they say it’s normal!!!! We sent a clearer video and they said tighten the spokes. It’s not the spokes. It’s so loud people turn and look. They don’t seem willing to help this time. It’s now too loud to feel safe riding it.
