I noticed over time that as my pads wore the issues I reported went away. I no longer have the rubbing issue. However it was a PITA early on. I tried several different methods of adjusting with limited success. Best to take it to the dealer and let us know how it goes!

I'm getting used to the look of the Vado and I like it more as time goes on.

By the way, looks like there is local stock of turbo batteries again! A few of the shops near me have both the 691 and 504 Wh batteries in stock! The 691 can't be ordered online yet but doesn't appear back ordered anymore.

I too hope you're done with this soon and move on. Sounds like a bit of analysis paralysis to me. I have no regrets purchasing the Turbo X for an amazing price and I've been enjoying the Turbo for a few weeks now and I expect to enjoy it as long as I have it. When the Vado becomes available...

This is a little confusing. If you look at the images, the 5.0 has a price point of $5k but when you go to the details it's actually $4200. For the 3.0, the image shows it's $3000 but the detail shows it's actually $3200.

Or you can find an independent hitch installation shop. It will be much cheaper than a dealer install. To answer your question, the majority of trunk racks have a max of around 30lbs per bike whereas average weight of an electric bike is 50lbs. This precludes all the trunk racks as an option...
