Does anyone know the max rider weight for the Easy Motion Neo Volt and Neo City? My husband gained some weight this winter and I think he’s too big now for either of our bikes.
Also, does anyone know if I can replace the tires on the City with beefier tires? The ones it came with are so thin.
The wiring does match the wires to the rear light. Now I need to figure out how to remove the cover to the transport box to find the other end to plug wire back in. Not as easy as removing the two bottom screws and 3 screws by the battery lock pin. Any time ideas how to remove cover?
I just bought an Easy Motion City bike and had it shipped. I am stumped on where a wire harness plugs into above the peddles and where this little plastic clip goes. The plastic clip seems similar in shape to where the wire harness is hanging out of but it is not an exact fit. I do not see...
I am looking to buy another BH Easy Motion Neo Volt, Neo Volt Sport or Neo City electric bike. I would prefer find a good battery or bad battery with good BMS but will buy a whole bike as well. They fit great on my bike rack on the back of my RV! I am in the Minnesota area.
I am the proud owner of 2 Volts and sadly just zapped one of the batteries. It seems to take a charge but now it turns the bike on then immediately goes off. I opend the battery to push the reset button but nothing changed. Not sure if disconnecting the BMS board to reset would work or if...
