Totally agree. On web.archive.org, the Wattwagons Helios webpage goes back to December 5, 2020. That's a long time to list a product that will never be sold. Excerpt from the Dec 5, 2020 Wattwagons Helios webpage:

Don't ride a carbon fiber frame if there are cracks. Although unlikely, when carbon fails, it fails suddenly and its a brittle failure. It can be very dangerous. No initial deformation before failure like with metals.

Its a BMX, so its rigid (no front or rear suspension) and has no gears. It also has a miniscule battery. With those specs it has a very limited use and definitely not for me at $4500. Were you able to get more speed out of it? The top speed should easily be able to exceed 28 mph on flat terrain.

Is there a way to set it to ebike on the Strava app? I have random strangers complaining that I'm unfairly beating their records. So I must have my setup to be a regular bike incorrectly. But I can't find how to change it.

I ordered and paid for "Harness w/ 2yr SW upgrades (late July)" in October 2020 when I ordered the Crosstour. Never received it, although I did email/text about it with Wattwagons for a while, but then gave up.

I replaced the belt with a new one , realigned with laser, and had the same issues. Its not a problem in ECO 1 or 2, just ECO 3 (1500 watts) or greater. It skips less with the laser re-alignment, but it still happens.

Dang, I did a 31 mile ride today and forgot to use strava. My top 1-mile split was 29.3 mph.
