HSA/FSA Reimbursement For A Bicycle Computer

Update on this. I bought a Garmin Edge 1050 on Saturday, February 21st, 2026. I returned it two days later. I have plenty of experience with Garmin products, but this one disappointed me. I opened it up to charge it and do a firmware update. I was able to connect it to my computer with a USB...

HSA/FSA Reimbursement For A Bicycle Computer

While I don't necessarily need a Garmin Edge 1050, this one interests me because it has a touchscreen and a 3.5 inch display. The part about HSA/FSA eligible for qualified customers caught my eye. I am just curious if anybody here has purchased a bike computer and been reimbursed with HSA/FSA...

    Vacation planning with E-Bikes

My wife and I have been vacation planning with e-bikes for the past year, too. Tuscon was great. Laughlin NV/Bullhead City AZ was not great.

    Rambo Krusader 2.0. Front Shocks

I have a Rambo Krusader 2.0. During my ride recently the front shocks became stuck in the down position. Is there an easy fix? Should I plan on replacing these with new shocks?

https://www.startribune.com/a-fire-warning-for-an-e-bike-battery-was-issued-it-was-too-late-for-a-st-paul-couple/601536925 Beeping from a smoke alarm abruptly woke Matt Privratsky. Down in the dining room, he found a single e-bike battery on a metal shelf, smoldering in an orange glow. It...

    Recumbent E-bikes

The photograph above reminds me on biking in the Laughlin NV/Bullhead City AZ area recently. The first snapshot is the bridge over the Colorado River. It was very narrow. The second picture is the trail near Davis Dam. It was also very narrow. The third picture is on the road over the dam. I...

    Gender Neutral Spanish

Why would you want to do that? AI Overview No, the Spanish language is fundamentally gendered, and there is no official, universally adopted "gender-neutral" version, in Mexico or elsewhere in the Spanish-speaking world. Traditionally, the masculine form of nouns and pronouns has served as...

    RAD Power Bikes Going Bust

On the other hand, ATVs and UTVs seem quite popular in Minnesota. Traditionally, ATVs and UTVs get put away when snow cover is here and snowmobiles come out. However, like you mentioned with the lack of snow, snowmobiles seem to remain in storage and many ATV/UTVers are extending that season. We...

    RAD Power Bikes Going Bust

I have been wondering when this would start happening. We have seen this in other areas over the years, too. When I was in high school, CB radios became quite popular. I had some and so did a number of others in the area I grew up in. There were many companies selling them, but then they...

People for Bikes: Progress on Ebike Laws in the US

It would be interesting if we sold cars that way. Can you imagine a Class 1 car that will only go 40 MPH and a Class 3 car that will go 56 MPH?

People for Bikes: Progress on Ebike Laws in the US

I have often thought that Class 1 Vs Class 3 e-bikes are a strange way of separating them. I get the throttle/no throttle thing, but shouldn't there be two classes of e-bikes? Throttle vs no throttle, regardless of the cap on the assit level. For those of you with Class 3 e-bikes, do you often...

People for Bikes: Progress on Ebike Laws in the US

Our Gazelle Ultimate C380+ are Class 3 bikes. If someone were to ask, if I told them they are Class 1 and never rode over 20 MPH, most people would never know the difference.
