Oh I agree with that and I did break in properly but pad material is what the bike came with.

Im 67 and ride a Specialized Turbo Como 4.0 Class 3 bike and love it, upright sitting and long range battery and a step thru frame.

Purchased my 3rd Como in April got the 2022 model 4.0 Class 3 bike. My biggest disappointment of the bike is Specialized decision to go away from Shimano components to Sram in there brakes and shifters. The shifters are fine but the brakes ability to slow down this bike downhill at a high rate...

I did that for my Turbo Como 3.0 and they sent a new computer and wiring to my dealer and had it installed and the Mission Control app does now work with my bike. I guess the Bloks software was never going to be compatible.

As far as I know they did not sure if its for normal operation or for GPS tarcking.

So I got the bike back on Thursday and they had replaced a display, a sim card, fixed a bad connection at display, and installed 2 more shims in battery compartment. They did road test 20 miles like i asked and had no issues. I rode it today 23 miles and had no issues so am very happy that it...

Any possible way you would be willing to take a pic of where the shim goes in case the LBS keeps stroking me around. They should have contacted Specialized when I brought the bike in but of course no one did and they did not even get the description of the problem right on the work order.
