The sinch.2 is a 20" wheel bike with a 52t chainring and a 12-32 8 speed cartridge. This gearing ratio alone offers a lot of speed on a normal bike but the smaller tires of a folding bike really take the top speed down a couple notches. I find it very hard to get to 20mph let alone exceed it...

No one cares for your bike parts. They want to sell it as is as a working bike to someone for 40-400 bucks and be gone with it. Not house all your cheap accessories and try and ebay them used for 5 bucks each.

When going over reviews of folding bikes I learned that motor wattage means little. Saw 500 watt hubs easily power out 750+ from cheaper bikes.

I don't think it's the wattage, but it drops the voltage. It wasn't a big drain on the battery but it drops the voltage which is where the controller starts imagining the battery is low on power. I mean that's the only explanation unless something actually damaged itself in the controller...

So after the full charge and sitting at 53.6 (and just minor differences under load) I again wasn't seeing any cut out issues at all. So I'll go ahead with keeping the battery topped off the next several runs as to make sure there isn't an imbalance in cells.

Did you not just read what was said? Your motor excels in one or the other, not both. Juiced is an assist bike, the throttle was only recently added. It was never intended to be peddle-less.
